Bayonetta 2’s Solo Release Coming Next Tuesday

Fans of Bayonetta 2 will argue that the game was one of the Wii U’s best releases to date. Back in its original release period of October 2014, it was packaged with the original Bayonetta title as a bundle package, thanks to reaction after E3 from the various regional branches of Nintendo.

After all that time, Nintendo of America is finally releasing Bayonetta 2 on its own as a way to encourage new players to get familiar with the title character in advance of her DLC release in Super Smash Bros. this February.

Notably, there will be a decent savings on purchasing Bayonetta 2 on its own, as it should retail for $29.99USD when it launches next Tuesday (while the original bundle still tends to retail for around $40).

Dave will tell you that he likes to play video games, this is in fact a lie. What he really likes to do is buy games, and leaving them sitting unopened on his shelf. He is a monster.
