Nintendo fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of additional details about the Wii U’s launch, and now it looks like we might only have to wait a few more weeks until we get the down-low about this highly-anticipated system.
According to GamesIndustry International, this September 13th, Nintendo of America plans to host a Wii U Media Event. The President of NoA and Reggie Fils-Aime will be there with a presentation about the new system, but that’s all we know so far.
Here’s what GamesIndustry reported:
GamesIndustry International received a media invite today for a special event. It reads, “Interested in learning more about how Wii U will change the future of gaming and entertainment? Join us for a presentation by Nintendo of America president and COO Reggie Fils-Aime followed by hands-on game play and demos.”
Will we get a date? A price? Specs? We have no idea. But, time is running out for Nintendo to get us that info, as people (ie. us) are getting antsy as the launch window of “Fall 2012” is getting closer by the day.
