With the impending arrival of Tomodachi Life on June 6th, it may not be a surprise that we’ve seen marketing efforts for the game ramp up in a big way. There have been commercials and advertisements galore, many of them aimed at the younger set. So, is it really a big shock that we’re now seeing confirmation for a new 2DS model for North America?
The “sea green” model will be released on the same day as Tomodachi Life, and the console will have a white front and back with sea green accents on the buttons, D-pad, sides, and stylus. The handheld will release for $129.99, but will not (as far as we know) be sold in a bundle with the game… so you’ll need a few more pennies for that.
