Those of you who were waiting for the price drop, or who were searching around for a cheap used 3DS to get in on the free games deal, it looks like you should get yourself over to Walmart right away!
According to some folks on twitter they’ve already started selling it at the discounted price, 3 days before it officially changes. This of course means you have time to log onto the 3DS eShop to get your 3DS entered automatically to be eligible to download the 20 free titles. Of course if Nintendo hasn’t authorized this it may seem just a little ethically shady, but in the end it means more 3DS’ out in the wild, and that’s a good thing for us early adopters.
