In a post over at neogaf, the patent application for the Wii U tablet controller has been unearthed. You’ve gotta love public access to patent applications, they’ve leaked hardware so many times. While we give thanks to the brave souls who actually bother to sift through the patent applications, lets take a look at what we’ve got:
So, what’s new? A magnetometer, an IR port, a speaker, a microphone, flash memory and a rechargable Li-on battery. None of these are surprising, other than the magnetometer. Interesting….
