If you weren’t able to catch the most recent show of Nintendo Direct, we’re going to quickly summarize the main points for you.
Nintendo 3DS XL: Yep, we’re getting a bigger 3DS after all! It’ll be red or blue on launch, and will hit stores in NA on August 19th. You’re looking at a 4GB card and a $199.99 price point.
3DS Virtual Console: Starting in July, we’ll see two of these games released each week.
Kingdom Hearts Demo: It’s out now! Go give it a try!
Super Smash Bros. 3DS & Wii U: Seriously – these games are going to be developed in collaboration with Namco Bandai, and there’s already a prototype up and running. That’s pretty great news after our recent announcement that no one had a clue when we’d see another game, if not for a few years at least.
New Super Mario Bros. 2 Content: The game will feature add-on content in order to expand the Coin Rush mode, which you can purchase after launch. But don’t worry, it’s not like you have to buy the content in order to fully experience the game.
…you can also re-watch the show again at the official page for Nintendo Direct!
