In one of the more exciting announcements out of the Wii U Direct presentation, president Iwata announced that a new Mario Kart game for the Wii U is in development… and even better, they have plans for a playable demo at E3 this year.
This falls in line with Nintendo’s reassurances that the games are coming! We just have to be patient. We’re wondering if the plans are to make Mario Kart for the Wii U a holiday season 2013 title, which certainly seems like a possibility if they have it ready and playable for E3.
