We’ve mentioned Renegade Kid’s upcoming title for Wii U eShop several times now—the enhanced version of the 3DS title Mutant Mudds, now called Mutant Mudds Deluxe on Wii U.
If you recall, the Deluxe edition has all the same levels and content as the 3Ds version, only there are 20 brand new “ghostly” levels to enjoy. The game has been slated for a Q1 release for quite some time now, but two days ago, creator Jools Watsham jumped on Twitter to deliver some bad news for Mudds fans:
“Yes, I expect Mach for ATV 3D. Mudds Deluxe will be Q2 unfortunately.”
His Tweet came in response to a question about the company’s upcoming games, and doubtless more than one person was surprised by the answer. Hopefully we’ll learn why it’s delayed before too long, but at least the company has another game coming out in the meantime.
