In the E3 Nintendo Direct presentation yesterday, it was announced that a new title called Art Academy will be headed to the Wii U! This game is inspired by all the incredible artwork seen in the Miiverse—and Nintendo also confirmed that an Art Academy app will be released some time before the game’s release, enabling Wii U users to utilize certain features and create new drawings to show off in the Miiverse.
We’ll see the downloadable software app sometime this summer, but the full game is still under development (and has yet to see a release date). How much will the app set you back? We’re not sure, but we are definitely looking forward to some more amazing artwork from Nintendo fans!
