Smash Bowling 3D Set to Strike the eShop

Who doesn’t love an evening of bowling?

Big John Games has announced Smash Bowling 3D, its latest 3DS title, for the eShop. It’ll be released later this week—August 8th—for $4.99. The game expands on the company’s line of sports games, which presently consists of the series Big Bass Arcade.

The studio made a little announcement about the game to provide some additional information on its new title:

“Smash Bowling 3D provides an incredibly accurate interface to apply aim, ball spin, power, and positioning to hone in on your perfect throw. Two control systems are available: Buttons mode to quickly dial in your shot parameters, and Touch mode which uses the stylus to completely customize your bowling aim and control your release.”

The company’s most recent title, Big Bass Arcade: No Limit, received fairly good reviews on release earlier this year, so it’s possible that bowling fans and sports game fans will enjoy this upcoming release.
