Contra III: The Alien Wars, the classic shooter from Konami, might very well be about to land in the eShop for Wii U and 3DS in North America. A recent rating by the OFLC suggests this may very well be the case, as the rating came on September 11th in a silent sort of way.
Contra III, or Super Probotector: Alien Rebels (for you PAL region folks), was re-released once on the Wii Virtual Console in 2007, and the previous game Super C has had a 3DS release. And this new rating? Means the game might be headed back into our Nintendo eShops for another round.
