Today’s Nintendo Direct broadcast surprised just about everyone, when it was revealed that the upcoming Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze game has been delayed until early 2014.
This Wii U and 3DS title apparently needs more time to be fully completed, and the projected release date is now February 2014, instead of the previous pre-Christmas release.
It’s disappointing, but it’s also good news when a game company recognizes that their game is unfinished, and is willing to give it the extra time to make it perfect.
