The recently-confirmed Mario & Luigi Premium Pack is a European exclusive no longer! Well, not that it ever officially was, but we’ve waited patiently for news that it would be heading to this particular continent. And it is!
The bundle contains a 32GB Wii U and copies of New Super Mario U and New Super Luigi U (on the same game disc), and will launch on November 1st for $299.99.
Previously, the Wii U bundle on store shelves contained the party favourite Nintendo Land, which will now be available as a digital download for $29.99.
Scott Moffitt, the Executive VP of Nintendo of America’s sales & marketing, had a few words about the change:
“Mario and Luigi are two of the biggest heroes in video games. This new Wii U configuration gives people instant access to not one, but two of the most well-received Wii U games. It’s another example of the tremendous value and variety that Nintendo is offering consumers this holiday season.”
