It was recently that we shared with you a video off the Japanese Nintendo YouTube channel, a commercial for the upcoming Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. It was pretty darn cute and made the game look like a lot of fun, even if we had no idea what the announcer was saying.
Another commercial has now been added to the YouTube channel, and we just have to share it with you as well. There’s something about these Japanese TV spots that’s utterly charming, something you really just don’t tend to see in North American commercials for games.
Watch the commercial below, and you really can’t help but smile. The announcer is just so excited about the game! Also, we suspect he’s yelling “rainbow” when he shouts the same word over and over, but since we don’t speak Japanese, it’s hard to tell from context. But it sure sounds that way, and it would make sense…
