It’s going to happen. Breathe.
With the way things have been going for Nintendo, fans have been eager to see another Nintendo Direct…but at the same time, hesitant regarding what would happen with this broadcast method of communicating with fans, since late president Satoru Iwata had always helmed the events.
However, current Nintendo President and CEO Tatsumi Kimishima stated that Nintendo Direct is still something the company plans to continue with, and that there will be at least one presentation held this year.
We’re anticipating that the Nintendo Direct this year will focus on holiday releases, perhaps giving us something festively-themed before the big shopping rush begins. We’ll have to wait and see.
