Pokémon! Yes indeed, even Splatoon is getting in on the celebration for the franchise’s 20th anniversary.
This Pokémon themed Splatfest will be happening in just a few weeks, beginning on February 20th at 9pm PST (midnight EST on the 21st) and running for 24 hours through to February 21st, as per usual.
And unlike previous Splatfests where the themes for North America and Europe have differed (sometimes vastly and in confusing ways), this time the choice is the same: Pokémon Red vs. Blue. Japan gets its own selection, however, with a slight differentiation: Pokémon Red vs. Green.
