After Thirteen Years, Treehouse Alum Moves On

It’s been thirteen years of Nintendo fun and games for Erik Peterson, but all good things must come to an end eventually. Peterson is leaving Nintendo of America for new ventures, and is perhaps most recognizable to Nintendo fans as a regular on Treehouse livestreams and in Nintendo Direct broadcasts.

Peterson’s history with the company has been diverse, originally beginning at Nintendo Power magazine back in 2003 before joining Nintendo itself as a writer & editor in localization before becoming Localization Producer up until 2012.

These days, Peterson has served as Senior Manager of Product Marketing, but he has decided to go elsewhere after thirteen years with the company.

We wish him all the best, wherever he ends up!

Dave will tell you that he likes to play video games, this is in fact a lie. What he really likes to do is buy games, and leaving them sitting unopened on his shelf. He is a monster.
