How well do you really know your friends? That’s the question Miitomo seeks to answer, and Nintendo Mobile has released its first launch trailer to give everyone a better insight into what this new mobile “game” offering really is.
Miitomo has already launched in Japan, but we’ll see how this week goes to make a judgment on how well (or poorly) it has been received—but this trailer has appeared online in a few different languages, and it outlines how to create your Mii as well as how to ask questions, what to expect in return, and how the image-sharing works.
It’s interesting to see that this trailer hasn’t appeared on Nintendo’s regular YouTube channels—it’s on this brand new Nintendo Mobile channel that’s focused on the mobile platform, suggesting that Nintendo is taking this foray into mobile quite seriously. We expect that this is where additional mobile titles—such as though developed through the DeNA partnership—which place their trailers when ready.
