Take a Gander at the New Nintendo Switch eShop

Today, Nintendo released a video to showcase the new version of the eShop as found on the Nintendo Switch. For the uninformed, the eShop is a central location across Nintendo systems where you can make digital software purchases—in this case, you can download your purchase either to the Switch’s internal memory or onto a Micro SD card (if you have one).

Nintendo has confirmed already that you can link your existing Nintendo Account to your new Switch, meaning that if you have funds loaded in that account already, you can access them for Switch purchases.

This functionality will come along in the day one update, which should download and install when you load up your Switch.

Now, the video!

Faith likes games and books and cake and writing and Lara Croft, not necessarily in that order. She also thinks a Skylanders cartoon show is a really, REALLY good idea...
