Get your dancing shoes on, Brace Yourself Games has announced that Crypt of the NecroDancer is heading to Nintendo Switch in the near future!
The Switch version will include “AMPLIFIED” content, which is a prequel DLC story adding more than 40 new musical tracks, a new character, and local co-op.
If you’re unfamiliar with Crypt of the NecroDancer, it’s been around for a number of years (and very popular as a PC release) that’s part rhythm game, part dungeon crawling roguelike. A while back, the Nintendo Fire team got to witness a particularly enthusiastic group of players who’d hooked up a DDR pad to the game and were pounding out the controls with their feet—it was marvelous.
You won’t be able to do that on Switch, but we suspect you’ll still have a ton of fun.
