Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition in May

Harvest Moon fans, your time is coming! Natsume Inc. and Rising Star Games are letting everyone know that due to player demand, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition will be released for the Nintendo Switch in May 2018, for $39.99USD.

Players get to rebuild a town in this instalment, and you’ll be completing plenty of tasks, as usual, to make this happen. Livestock tending, crop growing, and materials gathering will help you in rebuilding the town, and you’ll make friends and meet plenty of interesting new characters along the way.

The game released on Steam in 2017, but this Special Edition will contain features that are only available on the console version. To round this out, here’s what Natsume President & CEO Hiro Maekawa said about this upcoming release:

“Harvest Moon fans have been eager to experience the series on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, so we are happy to be able to give them a date to put on their calendar! The Special Edition has new features made specifically for console gamers that we will be unveiling throughout the coming months. We also look forward to sharing some special bonuses to go along with the game. Fans should definitely stay tuned as we lead up to the launch this spring!”

Faith likes games and books and cake and writing and Lara Croft, not necessarily in that order. She also thinks a Skylanders cartoon show is a really, REALLY good idea...
