Today’s Nintendo Direct offered up a treat for fans of Yoshi games, as well as those who enjoy the “crafted” aesthetic of certain Yoshi and Kirby titles in recent years. A demo for the upcoming Yoshi’s Crafted World is now available on the Switch eShop in advance of the game’s release on March 29th.
Additional footage from this title was shared during the presentation, confirming over 180 different costumes to unlock, including an outfit inspired by Nintendo Labo… and what appears to be, uh, straight-up garbage. Well, this will make for some interesting conversations when kids don’t want their moms to throw out empty juice boxes because “Yoshi needs it.” Have fun, parents!
