Although we still have several weeks before the arrival of E3, developers have started announcing plans and games ahead of the event—especially for comparatively smaller news that may be drowned out during the splashy, big reveals of the annual tech and gaming conference.
Natsume is taking their turn today with the reveal of Harvest Moon: Mad Dash for the Nintendo Switch (and PS4). It’s a spin-off title from the popular farming sim series, but that’s more or less all that’s been said at this time. We do know more will be revealed at E3 2019, with Natsume president and CEO Hiro Maekawa hinting that fans might be “surprised” by the new take that has players “enjoy[ing] the classic features” in exiting new ways.
There were also additional reveals from Natsume, including Cosmic Defenders and Reel Fishing: Road Trip Adventure, with details forthcoming.
