Well, whaddaya know? NetherRealm has stepped up to the plate and fulfilled the promise they made to update the Wii U version of their DC Comics fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us. They’ve tweaked the balance as needed, given us a few free skins, and best of all… there’s finally DLC support.
In the eShop today in North America are 19 different purchase packs, which brings the Wii U version up to par with its brothers on other platforms. That said, there still aren’t friend lobbies in the update, which has left many folks baffled.
Regarding the balance update: while the game says it’s version 1.1.0, the latest patch notes for the game are currently only listed up to version 1.05. Hopefully the tweaks made are the same, regardless of the oversight in this area.
