Touch Screen & 3D Effect Coming to Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures

Although Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures has been available on the PC for some time, a recent update for the game let us know that the game will be coming “very soon” to Nintendo platforms! That’s a very good thing, with publisher ScrewAttack outlining several details on how the game will make the transition to Nintendo systems.

For both versions, we’ll see the touch screen allowing players to switch between characters and “provide additional information, like powerup descriptions and stat tracking.” For the 3DS version, we’ll see use of the autostereoscopic 3D, but no StreetPass integration.

With a feature film heading toward release and the prominence of Nintendo products in the YouTube series of the same name, it just makes sense for this to hit Nintendo systems. We’ll provide more details as we hear them!

Faith likes games and books and cake and writing and Lara Croft, not necessarily in that order. She also thinks a Skylanders cartoon show is a really, REALLY good idea...
