On the heels of their success with the rage-inducing iOS game Flappy Bird, newly founded Carbon Fire Studio has issued an announcement about their first game. Frenchy Bird will be heading to the Wii U eShop later this year in North America.
The French indie developer’s game will allow players to control a beret-wearing Parisian pigeon, navigating the bird through Paris’s streets and (hopefully) avoiding lamp posts along the way. Players will compete for the top 100 worldwide ranking spots, and be able to share their scores on Miiverse.
As if that wasn’t enough, Frenchy Bird will also support off-TV play, 3D visuals, and unlockable Miiverse stamps.
