It’s no secret that Nintendo often lags behind in could be called traditional current gaming technology, but Nintendo is finally catching up at least in one area familiar to computer and play station gamers for some time.
Starting with the new Super Smash Bros. game, users who buy the game through the eShop will be able to pre-download most of the game to their console, so that on release day they can spend their time playing the new game, rather than downloading the new game.
It’s great to see Nintendo catch up in at least one area.
