The North American version of Club Nintendo seems to only focus on download games these days, but the PAL equivalents offer a wide range of merchandise that varies with surprising frequency. The latest arrival to the Club may have North American fans pulling their hair out and wishing they could move to another country.
The Mario Kart 8 Starting Grid Unisex T-Shirt is available on Club Nintendo in Europe for a rather substantial 3750 stars (2250 stars in Australia), and is medium, large, available in or extra large.
