When it comes to retailers at the forefront of pop culture trends, you may not think of Build-a-Bear as sitting at the top of the list. However, the retailer has been ahead of the curve in the past year or so, but never so much as over the last few months.
You may recall the adorable Pikachu plush that was offered some time ago, where fans could head to a store and stuff with fluff on their own. Fun!
And naturally, with the Pokémon GO hype bringing back the enthusiasm, they jumped on board to offer up a cute Eevee plush—as well as a limited edition online exclusive bundle! The bundle included:
- Pokémon Eevee
- Pokémon Eevee Cape
- Pokeball Sleeper
- Pokémon Eevee 5-in-1 Sound
- Build-A-Bear Workshop exclusive Pokémon TCG Card
Sounds totes adorbs, right? Well, too bad, you can’t have it. It went on sale early…and it sold out almost instantly. We’re sorry! You can still head to your local retailer and stuff a standard Eevee plush—so you’re not totally out of luck—but the bundle edition is gone. Will they bring it back? Who knows!
We suggest getting to Build-a-Bear ASAP if you want an Eevee, however. These cuddly ‘mons are going fast!
