Activision revealed yesterday that the latest Call of Duty game, Modern Warfare 3 (Or Call of Duty 8 if you’re keeping count) will not only be coming to the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but the Wii as well. In an investor call, Publishing Executive Eric Hirshberg said it would be released so no company would be left out of the excitement.
No other details such as who would actually be doing the porting or what it would look like in comparison to the other versions, were discussed. Teryarch was responsible for Modern Warfare and Black Ops, though neither were the sales smashes that the other consoles enjoyed.
As far as we know, it’ll be out day and date with the other versions, November 8th. Stay tuned for more details.
