In celebration of the upcoming release of Pokémon X & Y, Nintendo is hosting a series of fan gatherings across Canada, with the biggest event happening in Toronto at the downtown Harbourfront Center.
Fans at the Toronto event will be able to play the game before it hits store shelves, trade Pokémon, and make some new friends—and of course, there’s Pokémon swag to be had.
Attendees are invited to dress up as their favourite Trainer or Pokémon, as it could snag you an exclusive Poké Ball Game Case, or another special item to commemorate the event (while supplies last, of course).
In Toronto, the event will run from 3-9pm, while additional locations across Canada will be running their events from 5-8pm local time.
