With the worldwide release of Pokémon X & Y just around the corner next week, two new Pokémon have been revealed to taunt you even more.
These two creatures are smell-themed, and on first glance, they both look ridiculously cute and cuddly.
Slurpuff is the evolved form of pink, fluffy, cotton candy Pokémon Swirlix. This new form has an amazing sense of smell that would rival even the most well-trained bloodhound! It’s apparently 100 times more sensitive than that of humans, and can detect faint odors that we’d never pick up in a million years.
The second new Pokémon on the scene is Aromatisse, an evolved form of Spritzee. Instead of having an enhanced sense of smell, this creature emits odors of all kinds… delightfully pleasant, or horribly repulsive. The ability will attract or repel an opponent in battle, so it would definitely be interesting to see these two newbies pitched against each other.
So, who’s adding these cuddlies to their roster next week?
