One of the more recent games backed by crowdfunding is Shovel Knight, coming from Yacht Club Games. Their successful Kickstarter has recently seen page updates with what the team is working on, and it appears that several of these features are Nintendo-exclusive!
In addition to the pop-out shovel on the 3DS, thanks to the 3D option, the team is actually working on StreetPass and Miiverse features! While questions have been raised as to how this will work, Yacht Club Games is keeping a tight lid on that at the present.
