Tengami Wii U in Final Stages Before Release

Tengami for the Wii U is complete! The game has been finished and is now ready to be submitted for the Lot Check process that all Nintendo games must go through before heading to the consumer.

According to developer Nyamyam, “the version is finished (yay!!!) and we are preparing to go into Lotcheck, Nintendo’s certification process that is required for all games before they are allowed to go on sale. Before that can happen we have to get age ratings for Tengami though. The game is with the various rating organizations around the globe and it is really just a matter of waiting now. The process can take up 3 weeks and there is unfortunately not much we can do to speed it up.”

The game’s release has already been very slightly delayed, as we were expecting it in June, but with this final process underway it looks like we won’t have to wait much longer. The game has already seen a successful launch on iOS, and a PC version is set for release next month.

Hold on a little bit longer, folks—we suspect the wait will be worth it.
