18 amiibo Getting Into a Traffic—er, Paper Jam

It’s coming soon! Well, in Japan, anyway. Over here in North America we’ll have to wait until next year, but still…it’s on the way! Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam will be the second entry in the series for the 3DS, and it’s going to also play a strong role in getting you to dust off many of those amiibo who’ve been sitting around without much to do lately (well, aside from popping into Super Mario Maker, let’s say)

Eighteen amiibo will be supported in Paper Jam—yes, you read that correctly, eighteen!—and they’ll give players special cards that can be used during battles. There will also be some Nintendo Network-related online features (um, Miiverse?), but you don’t care about that right now, you want to know who’s jumping into the game.

Here’s the list. Enjoy!

Micah has been playing games since his first pong machine, and has been writing for as long as he could grip a pencil and not drool on the paper. So, for about a week.
