There’s a big update coming for Splatoon as it ramps up for the final Splatfest, an event that will cross regions and pit players in an epic battle of Callie versus Marie. Which Squid Sister is your favorite? You must choose!
In preparation for the event in a few weeks, and to get your hype, a big update will happen on July 5th that adds amiibo functionality for the brand new Callie & Marie amiibo figures! It’ll also have some weapon balancing and other minor tweaks, as we’ve seen in updates in the past.
But perhaps most intriguing is the arrival of the Sisters in Super Mario Maker, in the form of a course that will unlock them in the game on July 8th. Check out the video below for more!
