Panels of Interest (Sunday)

Today’s panel lineup includes a nice selection of Nintendo-themed panels, including a Zelda retrospective that looks like it’ll be a fun, nostalgic journey through the past 30 years.

Remember, even if the panels we highlight aren’t specifically run by Nintendo, we choose to list them here due to content, the list of panelists, or just general thematic ties. As always remember that our suggestions are entirely subjective. Check out the program on your own for more!

Speedruns: I’m Trapped Out of Bounds and Can’t Get Back In

We’ve been collectively speedrunning for decades and want to talk about the fun stories involved in speedrunning, its meetups, and the convoluted ways we found ourselves in this awesome hobby. So, come join us, as we bust out our favorite anecdotes, take some questions, and talk about running into every corner in every video game to see if we fall out of the world. We’ll also be demoing some cool runs in the limited time we have, but luckily, we’re pretty used to going fast. (PANELISTS: Brian Walker [BJW, NES Speedrunner], Asa Tims [SpikeVegeta, Speedrunner], Christopher Grant [Studio BIGHONKINBURGER, Indie Speedrunner], Steven Eisner [Keizaron, Pokemon Speedrunner])
