Across Android and iOS devices, Dr. Mario World has been downloaded 7.5 million times in the first month since release… and banked approximately $1.4 million in revenue.
Compared to other Nintendo mobile releases, this places the good doctor squarely in fourth position for most downloaded and fifth in cash collected. According to Sensor Tower, it surpassed Dragalia Lost in terms of installs (by far!) but revenue-wise, it has made only $0.19 per install.
The fanbase in Japan is responsible for a majority of the current income (about 55%), with 33% of players in the USA spending on the game.
How have you responded to Dr. Mario’s medical billing?
